Order Cancellation Policy for Achavena

At Achavena, we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware of the following rules:

❖ Before shipping

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by email at andjy.pro@gmail.com , specifying the details of your order.

❖ After shipping

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled .
However, you still have the option to return the product after receipt , in accordance with our Return Policy .

Cancellation of order by Achavena

Achavena reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

The ordered product is no longer in stock.
A payment problem or failed verification has occurred.
The order is fraudulent or suspicious.
Unforeseen logistical constraints prevent delivery.

In the event of cancellation on our part, you will be notified by email, and a full refund will be issued via the original payment method .

Refund following cancellation

If your cancellation request is accepted before shipment , you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days .
If the order has been shipped, you will need to wait for the package to be received and then initiate a return procedure according to our policy.

14-day right of withdrawal (orders within the EU)

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days without having to provide a reason. To be eligible:

The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging .
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase .
